The Society was registered in 2014 with 482 members and a share capital of 10 million under the Cooperative Societies Act Cap 190 and Housing Act Cap 117 as a subsidiary of the PEFA Nairobi Central SACCO Ltd. It was founded to address the high rising investment needs and challenges faced by members of PEFA Nairobi Central SACCO Ltd which had been started in 2006, under the umbrella of PEFA Churches by Dr. Bishop Samuel Munai.
The PEFA Housing Co-operative Society has since gained noticeable autonomy in business operations. Our substantial progress has enabled us to connect with numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds, both through our marketing efforts endorsed by our loyal customers and through outreach to the general public. Committed to ongoing enhancement and expansion, we strive to consistently deliver dependable assistance to all who select us as their investment ally.
